Residential customers contribute toward router and cabling costs while BBnet supplies and maintains the wireless radio (CPE), which remains company property. Corporate installations are surveyed and quoted individually.

Equipment ownership
The installed wireless radio remains the property of BBnet Communications unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer-owned networking devices remain the customer's responsibility.
Package upgrades and downgrades
Package upgrades and downgrades take effect when the current package expires. The customer's current package runs to the end of its period, and the new package starts from the next period.
Refund policy
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Acceptable use
Customers are expected to use the service responsibly. BBnet reserves the right to investigate misuse, abuse, spam and activities that negatively affect network performance.
